A native of upstate New York, Mike graduated from Dartmouth College in 1985. While still a college student, Mike began purchasing properties and employing help to renovate and manage them. Mike has redeveloped more than fifty properties in the past forty years.
Mike’s companies – Execusuite LLC, Ledgeworks Inc., 21 Agua Street LLC, O' Brothers LLC, One NorthPark LLC, Chorro LLC, Recreo LLC, Colburn Park LLC, 12 Tremont Street LLC, Aldama LLC, Sollano LLC, and Goddard SPE LLC -- total nearly $100,000,000 in assets: over 80 properties, about 100,000 sf commercial space and over 350 apartment units.
Mike has a solid team: he has worked with Engineering Ventures for more than fifteen years and with Sandra Vitzthum on two projects at Goddard.
Besides Goddard, Mike is currently working on a 152-unit apartment complex – part of a larger mixed use project - across from Colburn Park in Lebanon NH. The first part of this project, Pellegrino’s Italian Market and Deli, just opened last week for business.

Sandra Vitzthum, Architect, LLC
Sandra Vitzthum, AIA, LEED AP, is principal of Sandra Vitzthum Architect LLC, a architectural design and planning firm located in Montpelier, Vermont.
Sandra is the daughter of noted civil engineer Doug FitzPatrick, and she started drafting developments at age twelve. FitzPatrick Llewellyn designed many residential developments in Chittenden, Addison, and Washington counties in the 1970-1980s boom. Sandra designed her first house at age fifteen and quickly became immersed in sustainable design.
After balancing teaching and design for twelve years, Sandra settled into full-time practice in Montpelier. Since then she has led planning workshops, partnered in three development projects, including North Haven Village in Michigan, and has designed houses all over the east coast. She has participated in developments such as I’On in Charlestown, South Carolina, and South Ridge in Middlebury.

For decades Hanif worked for international development agencies, primarily in the field of public health, facilitating and managing programs to promote healthy living in diverse cultures and settings. His career pivoted in 2016, when Hanif attended a multidisciplinary course at the School of Global Health in Copenhagen. The project-based course on design and process for urban renewal, coupled with Hanif’s lifelong interest in integrated and equitable systems, has broadened Hanif’s focus to include multimodal connectivity and mobility justice.
Hanif’s nine years of advocacy in Montpelier have made him a respected and trusted member of the alternate transportation community. He was the Community Liaison for the Capital Area Neighborhoods in a partnership (City of Montpelier and Sustainable Montpelier Coalition), and the community component for MyRide by GMT. Hanif currently chairs Montpelier’s committee for Complete Streets and previously served on the City’s committee for transportation infrastructure. He is a member of the newly formed network for trail manager and outdoor recreation advocates.
